Meet Our Founder: Jessica Abram
A Practitioner's Perspective
Jessica Abram, MPA, is the visionary Founder and Principal of Bloom Education Group. Her journey is rooted in a firsthand understanding of educational challenges. As a former middle school English teacher in the Mississippi Delta where her students consistently outperformed state and district averages, Jessica witnessed the critical need for effective program evaluation.
Frustrated by the cycle of implementing initiatives without clear metrics, she pursued a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University, specializing in Program Evaluation.
Jessica is more than an evaluator. She brings a practitioner’s mindset, understanding how change happens in real-world systems and how to align evaluation with the daily realities of those delivering and receiving services.
